Code of Conduct

—English below

Aanpassingen (adjustments)

Welcome to Saha 🙏

We’re happy to have you here! These few guidelines help create a calm and safe space for everyone to practise. We think that’s important, and sometimes a small space requires a little extra consideration.

The space

  • Take a moment to arrive and settle in.
  • Please take off your shoes when you step onto the floor.
  • Put your phone and smartwatch on silent and keep them off the mat.
  • Keep your space simple, without jewellery and with as few belongings around your mat as possible.
  • There is a toilet in the hallway that you are welcome to use.
  • Is the kitchen door closed? Please knock before entering.

Safety / hygiene

  • Practise within your own limits and at your own pace.
  • Always listen to your body — you are your own teacher, too.
  • Let the teacher know about any injuries, pregnancy or physical limitations.
  • There is a first-aid kit available.
  • Please arrive fresh and in clean clothing. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing perfume or using strong oils or lotions.

Adjustments

  • Hands-on adjustments are sometimes part of the practice and are always offered respectfully.
  • If you prefer not to receive hands-on adjustments, please let us know at any time. This preference will be respected by our entire team.

When leaving

  • Please keep conversations quiet after class.

Thank you! ✨
If you have any additions or suggestions, please let us know.
